Groupons
Groupon Customers, please note the following:
- You must call over the phone to book one of your packages, online bookings will not be accepted. We are not accepting walk-ins with Groupons. To schedule your appointment please call us at (888)231-2774 or use online chat at left. You can also email us with the days and times you are available and we will get back to you. If you book online, we may call you to cancel or move your appointment as not all technicians are accepting Groupons.
- Groupons expire July 18, 2010. A $20 charge will be applied to any Groupon appointment booked after July 18th, 2010.
- Groupons cannot be used with any other promotion, coupon or gift certificate.
- You may split up your services within your package over different days but all elements of package must all be scheduled with the same stylist you first saw for your initial Groupon service.
- If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment please call us. This Groupon promotion has us booked up about several weeks in advance. If you do not inform us that you won’t be making your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment there will be a $25 no show fee/cancellation fee assessed before you will be able to redeem your Groupon. Please be courteous of our time as we will do our best to respect yours as well.
- Groupons are valid with select stylists only.
- If you are purchasing Option 4: $65 will be applied to the price of the color service you choose to receive, if the color service you’re receiving exceeds $65 you will only have to pay the difference.
- If you are purchasing Option 4 including a hair color service, a $15 charge may be added if your hair is long or thick. Your stylist will disclose this $15 add-on during your consultation if it applies to you.
- No substitutions. You may decline to have a service or add a service for an additional fee. Please speak to a manager if you want to apply a service you don't want to another service and pay the difference. We also have great add ons at a discounted price. See below.
