Redemption

Spa Finder & Salon Wish gift cards/certificates are redeemable for services, products and gratuities in our salon.  Any remaining balance will be issued in the form of a Chameleon Salon Gift Certificate.  We are not able to give cash back on remaining balances.  We use the Spa-Booker program, an affiliate of Spa Finder and Salon Wish to process all payments.  The gift cards and certificates are redeemed instantly.  If for some reason their system tells us the gift card/certificate is invalid we will do everything in our power to check the validation of it before asking for another form of payment.  If the gift card/certificate cannot be verified at that time we will require a credit card as payment.  Your card will be charged at that time.  Once we have verified your Spa Finder or Salon Wish gift card/certificate your credit card will be credited immediately.  Please note that rarely happens, but should it happen, that is how we handle it.
