BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

We require a credit card to book an appointment in person, over the phone and online. We do not charge your card, it is simply there to reserve your appointment. Your card is only charged if you no-show or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, in that case your card will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

CANCELLATIONS/LAST MINUTE RESCHEDULES/NO SHOWS

We kindly request 24+ hours notice if you need to cancel / reschedule your appointment.  We require a credit card when booking your appointment.  However your card is just there to hold your appointment and will NOT be charged unless you break our 24 hour cancellation policy.  If you no-show, cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment your card will then be charged 50% of the total service cost. Any unpaid cancellation fees must be paid prior to your next appointment.

KIDS RECEIVING SERVICES

We are no longer accepting kids under the age of 13. Kids 13 years or older are welcome for any service as long as a parent or guardian books the appointment.

RUNNING LATE

If you are running late for your appointment please contact the salon as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.  This ensures that we are able to provide the best service for you and all of our other guests. Typically, you will need to reschedule if you are running 15+ mins late.

BRINGING GUESTS

Please come to your appointment alone. Extra guests will not be allowed. Your partner, kid, friend, mother and your mother’s brother’s cousin etc. will need to wait outside. Please keep weather conditions in mind and plan accordingly.

GRATUITY

A lot of people ask us what the standard amount to tip is, and it’s unique to each experience and your level of satisfaction. However, tips typically range from 20-30% of your total service cost.

RETAIL RETURNS

You're welcome to exchange retail products in for salon credit towards another product.  Product must be gently used, with the majority of the product still remaining and within 2 weeks of the date you purchased it for a valid exchange.

OUR GUARANTEE

We do not offer refunds for services.  We stand behind our work and will do whatever we can to ensure we have met the expectations agreed upon during the consultation.  Our goal is for you to love your hair! We encourage an open line of communication and we’re happy to fine tune your hair to your liking. We ask that you notify us of any adjustments you'd like made within 7 days of your original appointment.  After the 7 day grace period it is not considered an adjustment, it is considered a new style and you will need to discuss payment options with your stylist. Please let us know if you're unhappy with something as soon as you notice it-- YOU are our top priority!
